General Hosting
q: Our server doesn't respond, what should I do?
a: Login to Member's Area and use 'Reboot' action to reboot your server. If it doesn't help, talk with support by ICQ or write a ticket to our corporate helpdesk: support@mccolo.com
q: Server replies to ping requests, but SSH doesn't work
a: If server rejects all connections to SSH port (22 by default) try to reboot it. Some operating systems, such as FreeBSD refuse root login by default. Log in under simple user first, after use su utility.

q: Can I delegate my domain to you company DNS servers?
a: Yes, write a ticket about it to support@mccolo.com
q: What DNS servers should I use on my server?
